Dignity Speech Services will provide high-quality person-centered therapy in the comfort of your own home. The continuation of skilled therapy at home is critical in maximizing outcomes, reducing hospitalizations, and improving quality of life.Â
Our mission is to support clients and their families in their own environment by rehabilitating or enhancing their communication, cognition, and swallowing abilities through a highly customized outpatient therapy program.
Meet Our Team
Janice T. Buziak-Smith, M.S. CCC-SLP
SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST/ OWNER
Janice is the primary clinician of Dignity Speech. She has 20 years of experience across the adult continuum of care, bringing a unique perspective and approach to outpatient speech therapy services. SLP services are delivered with care and consideration of the client's personal goals.

She holds a license in Speech-Language Pathology in Massachusetts and a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA). She received an Award for Continuing Education (ACE) from ASHA for excelling in continuing education opportunities in 2017 and 2024.

Janice is a Certified Dementia Care Specialist (CDCS), holds certifications in the dysphagia treatments of VitalStim (NMES) and the McNeill Dysphagia Therapy Program (MDTP), and is a Certified Lingraphica Technology Specialist.

Hannah Walker, M.S. CCC-SLP
SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST/ ADMIN SUPPORT
Hannah is a Massachusetts-licensed SLP and holds her Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA. She received her Master's degree from Northeastern University in 2023.
During graduate school, she completed a clinical practicum with Dignity Speech, where she developed a strong appreciation for the practice and its client-centered approach. She was thrilled to join the Dignity Speech team in 2024 after receiving her CCCs and has become an integral part of the practice.

Hannah is passionate about building connections with her clients and creating therapy sessions that are engaging, functional, and meaningful. She values evidence-based practice and strives to make therapy effective and motivating.

Hannah covers our services in and around the Franklin, Wrentham, Walpole, Medfield, Sherborn, and Holliston areas.

Liza M. Naumann, M.S. CCC-SLP
SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST
Dual licensed in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, Liza brings 30 years of clinical experience treating adults with neurogenic communication and swallowing disorders. Her clinical background is rooted in home health, where she gained extensive experience providing individualized functional therapy in each client’s home.

She has specialized training and experience in LSVT LOUD® for individuals with Parkinson’s disease and related neurological conditions. She has also facilitated Parkinson ’s-specific treatment groups and recently earned certification in the McNeill Dysphagia Therapy Program (MDTP).

Liza is committed to providing thoughtful, evidence-based care tailored to each client’s needs, priorities, and daily life. She is known for her professionalism, kindness, diligence, and genuine passion for helping adults improve communication, swallowing function, independence, and quality of life.

Liza currently provides services in and around Attleboro, North Attleboro, Plainville, Bellingham, Blackstone, Mansfield, Foxborough, Norfolk, Norton, Millville, and Uxbridge.
